Very easy to follow along, repetition of key ideas helped with memorizing them. It was also important for the key ideas to be connected across different modules.

I love how easy it is to follow this course. The clear and loud voice projection helps me stay focused, and the learning materials are well-organized.

I loved the course content but it was difficult to follow the instructor

Core concepts of quality management and improvement are there so I learnt something new, but the course is way too repetitive: same concepts in slightly different subtopics that could've been condensated in 1/3 of the slides; I also got the feeling the topics were not well structured (I kept revisiting my notes because the same topic had been mentioned in a previous part of the course...). Also, the instructor is simply reading slides without adding anything (and also with a very monotonous tone of voice). I would not pay for this course.

This course has good content, but the delivery was hard to get through,h which affected my engagement. But I learned something.
