This class was excellent. This was the first time I have taken a class in a remote format, and I was delighted with it and look forward to coming back for more classes in the future! Thank you.

Course is good enough to teach you to use Word 2021 and Microsoft Office 365 Word - teach to use it well. But there are technical mistakes in the course. There are factual errors in the questions. Questions will specifically require you to choose an answer that is completely wrong but if you don't do it, you will lose points and be marked as wrong. The instructors make the course interesting and have good delivery and presentation. Please double check the test questions. There were questions on the exams that tested for information that was not covered in any of the readings or videos.

I couldn't do any of the exercises because my commands on my microsoft version was different than the courses. Also, the assessments and test did not provide the correct answer if you got it wrong and trying to go back to find the right answer in the lectures would have taken forever. The test questions were not always covered in the lectures.

Some of the information was out of date, and some of the questions can be difficult to follow, but overall, there is some essential information that helped to improve my proficiency with Word. I also completed the Honors section but my certificate doesn't accurately reflect that.

Es un curso interesante pero algunas lecciones se hacen lentas y pesadas. Las traducciones en algunos cuestionarios están mal hechas dificultando que algunas preguntas se entiendan y respondan correctamente

The course could be considered good and it might fill some of the expectatives but it also has many aspects to improve starting with making the videos more dynamic and interesting.

Se me hizo muy largo, harta demasiado rapido, se vuelve aburrido, pero al menos enseña, de una forma no tan entretenida y que llega a dar la sensación de querer dejar el curso.

Content is very useful, but it is really hard to follow efficiently if you are using a Mac. The course should also cater to Mac users.

The certificate does not mentions Microsoft's label and logo which make it worthless while mentioning when applying for jobs :-(

Truthfully the biggest issue of this whole part of the course is that microsoft offers desktop and online version of the word processor and when you switch between one or the other none of it matches up unless if you are in readers view! Word of advice Coursera needs to make it a requirement where you use one or the other to do these assignments because this is a massive issue especially with the honors assignment and people being failed because we're having to tell them if we're using desktop to switch into readers view and then look at it on the online version. People aren't going to take the time and effor to do that and just fail the person and this is a topic of discussion on multiple threads and then makes more work for the person that wants to get the honors credit when in reality its not their fault that microsoft can't be consistant with how they format their documents in their own online version and its been a known issue that users have wanted them to change for years.

The basis of the course is wonderful. However, this course does not go very deep into all of the features of Word. When I completing the Honors Assignment I had to Google to figure out how to complete some of the requirements. That was after I went through the course a second time trying to find answers. Most of the information is only mentioned once and then never again, no explanation as to how to 'work' that feature or command. This is a very basic, introductory course. You will not learn everything about Word in this course environment.
