I recently completed the Food & Beverage course, and it has been a truly insightful experience. The course provided a clear understanding of market trends, customer behavior, value creation, and innovation in the F&B industry. I particularly enjoyed the trend scouting activity, which encouraged me to look at my local environment in Pakistan and analyze real consumer habits. The structure of the course was easy to follow, with practical examples and well-explained concepts. I liked how the activities encouraged participation, self-reflection, and application of theory to real-life cases. It was also helpful to connect local practices with global market perspectives, which gave me a broader vision of how the industry works. My name is Muhammad Adeel Zahid, and I am writing to request financial aid to help me pay for the Food and Beverage Management from Universita Bocconi on Coursera. I am passionate about my educational and career goals and I believe that this course will provide me with the skills and knowledge I need to achieve them.

I really liked and enjoyed the course over all and the teacher was more than a professional with a very wide and clear vision. There was only one thing that was not very enough for me. I am an example learner and I can honestly say that for other people like me as well that the examples for the topics or titles should have been more and more. Was there no examples? Of course there was and they were quality examples. However I would have been more appreciated if there were more and variety products (not only Wine or Vodka) and more examples. Thank you :)
