Loved this course. The instructor was very good! I plan to take the knowledge learned here and to expand with some practice exams to finally get ready to take my Security+701 exam! Thanks!

Very comprehensive and well organized course. Concepts are covered with some degree of depth, but doesn't go too far in any direction give the broad breadth of subject matter covered. Good for this just dipping into their security journey, as well as those needing to bolster their existing knowledge.

This was an excellent course and very well-organized. Speaker is very knowledgeable in many technical areas which is quite impressive.

Very good course. Some of the questions on quizzes were not discussed in the content so that is worrisome for the exam.

The course is well presented but there seem to have been a few video editing mistakes with some videos being cut short

Lots of great information within this lesson! The instructor gives only crucial information for the test.

could be better in terms of the MCQs. They were a bit vague. Otherwise it was good

Course content is decent, but very high level. There are several things that are on the Security+ exam that are either glossed over or not covered at all. It's good as either a very beginner course or, to supplement if you already have a decent general IT security background. Do not recommend using as a sole source for learning content to pass the CompTIA exam. The presenter seems knowledgeable, but the analogies given are too long and sometimes difficult to connect clearly with the topic. Suggest less time on analogies and more on technical content. At times there are minor mistakes are places were words or terms are mixed up and causes confusion. There's also at least one video where there are mistakes with retakes that should have been edited out. Also, several of the quizzes have questions that were not covered in the associated topic. Some are covered in later modules but makes it difficult to pass some of the quizzes.

The instructor does a great job of being engaging and easy to understand and the video lessons are typically a good length that avoids fatigue. However, the end of module quizzes routinely ask questions about topics that aren't covered in the lessons, giving the impression that there is plenty of information that is not covered in the course. There's also a lack of feedback for incorrect answers or any guidance on where to find information in the course itself, forcing you to search online outside of the course. Not being a self-contained and fully complete course drops the score. If those issues were fixed it would be an easy 5-star.

The instructor babbled a lot. I feel that this course should follow whats important to know about the test while following the Comptia Security Plus book from front to back. I found myself scrambling through the index to find where we were within the lecture. At times the lecture would start and Im at page 450, then the next topic, Im at page 35. It would be easier to follow along if he just started from the beginning and follow the book to the end. I learned, but I was frustrated most of the time from flipping back and forth through the book looking for what was being discussed.

Overall this was great and easy to follow. My frustration is with several of the practice quizzes. There were numerous questions that were unrelated to the section's content and the content those questions were about would show up in later sections. There were also some questions with seemingly no correct answer - mainly questions that were "which of these is NOT" or "all but which" and every option choice was actually correct.

The majority of this exam is rote terminology memorization and while this course contains the info for the exam, it is presented in an equally dry "talking head and text on slides" format.

Sloppy. Including an outtake is not a good look. Many of the quiz questions were not covered by the course material.

mostly just technical jargon and acronyms. Very little discussion of how computer systems are compromized.
