Maura is currently the VP of Learning and Development at Elevations Credit Union. She's also a leadership development consultant and coach and President of Future Focused LLC, specializing in supporting the engineering and technical industries. She spent over 20 years in the water industry working for MWH Global, a global water engineering, design, consulting, and construction firm. She served in many capacities moving from roles as project engineer to project manager to project controls manager and eventually into training and development and talent management. She spent the last three years working in the manufacturing industry as the Vice President of Talent Management for CoorsTek, a global leader in engineered ceramics headquartered in Golden, CO. In this role, Maura was responsible for designing and implementing a strategic talent roadmap – identifying the highest priority talent challenges and recommending solutions that deliver results in support of key talent objectives. Ms. Horn has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
